Worth knowing

Appointments go quickly

Last-minute slots are rarely available, and I need at least 24 hours' notice for any booking. If there's a date you have in mind, it's always worth getting in early.

  1. New here? Send me a photo first

A picture of your hair as it is today, before you book, so I can check the service and timing are right for you.

  2. New clients: fill in your consultation form

New clients only. Fill it in before you book any service, so I can check everything and plan your appointment properly.

  3. Book your service online

Have a look through and pick whatever you fancy. Prices, timings and payment are all there, so there's nothing to work out beforehand.

  4. Check the timing works

I'm usually in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am. My latest start is 5pm, and services over 5 hours need to start earlier. Availability can vary, so check my booking calendar for your date, and check the duration next to your service when you pick a start time.

  5. Bring your inspo pictures

A couple of photos of what you're going for really helps. No need if you're in for a retwist or something we've done before.

New clients

Send me a photo of your hair before you book

If we haven't met yet, I'll need a picture of your hair exactly as it is right now, no styling, no filter, just how it looks today. It tells me what we're working with, how long you'll need, and whether the service you're after is the right one.

Deposits

A 20% deposit holds your slot

You pay a 20% deposit when you book, and it's non-refundable. Bridal is different: it takes 50% to hold the date.

Add-ons

Extras you can add when you book

Pick these in the add-ons on my booking page: a loc detox, a pick and drop, boho or goddess finish for knotless braids, a creative or custom design for cornrows and flat twists, and synthetic braiding hair supplied by me. Treatments, trims, cuts, detangling and reattaching up to 10 locs can be added too, depending on the service.

Brides

Book as soon as you have your date

Bridal works a little differently from everything else, and dates do tend to go early.

  1. Get in touch with your date

The latest I can hold a date is 2 months before the wedding, so the sooner you get in touch the better.

  2. Pay your 50% deposit

That's what holds the date for you.

  3. Consultation and trial are scheduled

We'll sort both once your deposit's in, in the run-up to the big day.

Message me about your date

Bridal isn't booked online, so just message me and we'll go from there.
